ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini: which key to connect
Do not lock yourself to one model. A fast, inexpensive model is usually enough for support.
Most support replies are short. Where is the parcel, how does a return work, is the item in stock. You do not need the largest model for that.
A small, fast OpenAI model covers ordinary questions. Claude is good at short, careful answers. Gemini does the same job and is often cheaper. Mistral is on the list if you already have a key. Chatvoxo does not lock you to one of them. You change the provider and the model name in the dashboard.
