01What do I pay with my own key?

Your own key runs on the Pro plan ($5 a month) and Chatvoxo does not charge per reply. As customers write, the amount lands on the OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral account you chose.

02How is Chatvoxo AI priced?

If you do not want your own key, Chatvoxo AI works on every plan. You top up from $5; each reply takes what its tokens cost from the balance, and the balance never expires.

03Who can read the messages?

The conversation is not stored as readable text. The record is encrypted. Someone who opens the database cannot read it. While a reply is generated, the text goes only to the model you chose.

04Which models can I connect?

OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, xAI Grok, DeepSeek, Groq, Together, Fireworks, OpenRouter (hundreds of models with one key), Cohere, Qwen, Kimi, Azure OpenAI and your own OpenAI-compatible server. You are never locked to one bot.

05How are you different from Tawk.to or JivoChat?

They sell a ready-made desk and their own AI package. Chatvoxo is support that runs on your key. That is where the lower price comes from. Conversations are kept encrypted as well.
