Chatvoxo pricing: the free plan, Pro, and balance
The free plan does not limit sites, chats, or agents. Pro is $5 per site each month. Chatvoxo AI runs on a balance that starts at $5.
Chatvoxo has two separate charges. One is the plan for a site. The other is the balance, and only if you use Chatvoxo AI. Keep them apart.
The plan
The free plan is $0. It does not limit sites, chats, or agents. The window goes on your site, agents reply from the desk, and flows run. On this plan the AI replies only through Chatvoxo AI. Your own API key is not available here.
Pro is $5 per site each month. On that site you connect your own API key. While the key is yours, replies are not taken from the balance, and the "Powered by Chatvoxo" line is removed. The fee follows the number of sites: two Pro sites are $10 a month.
The Chatvoxo AI balance
The balance belongs to the account, not to one site. The smallest top-up is $5. Packs are $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, and $200. The balance does not expire.
The charge follows the tokens the model reads and writes. The customer price is $0.30 per million input tokens and $1.20 per million output tokens. A short support reply is about 1,500 input tokens and 150 output tokens. That sample reply is about $0.0006. A $5 balance covers about 7,900 replies of that length. A long business description and a long answer bring the count down.
A reply sent with your own key has no line here. The model's own provider bills that.
Which to pick
Low traffic and a first try fit the free plan plus a small balance. As volume grows, your own key, together with Pro at $5, is easier to predict. The comparison is in your own key or Chatvoxo AI.
