What AI live chat is
A visitor types a question, the model answers from what your business told it, and a person takes over when it cannot.
AI live chat is a window on your website. A visitor types, and the reply arrives in the same window. The difference is that the first reply comes from a model you choose, rather than from an agent who has to be waiting.
What it does
The model reads the business description you wrote in the panel and the pages you uploaded. It answers shipping time, returns, and opening hours from that text. When it does not know, it leaves the conversation in the queue instead of inventing an answer. Your agent sees the whole thread when they open the desk.
This is not a separate app to install. The Chatvoxo window is added with one line:

The script opens the window at the bottom right. The visitor's page address and message land in the chat.
What it is not
It is not a search engine. The model does not browse the web and invent a price for you. The answer is limited to the text you provided. If that text is thin, the answer is thin. Put returns, shipping, and common questions in the panel as plain writing.
It does not remove people. A payment dispute, a custom order, and an angry customer are not the model's job. Flows hand the chat to an agent on a phrase you choose, or when the model gives up. If the agent is offline, the message waits in the queue.
How it sits on a small site
